Refund and Returns Policy
At Yakuza Threads, every product is made to order exclusively for you. This means each piece is printed, stitched, and finished after you place your order. Because of this custom production process, we do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
However, we stand by the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:
Valid Return / Refund Conditions:
- A clear, unedited unboxing video must be recorded from the moment you receive the sealed package to the point of showing the issue.
- The video must clearly display the shipping label, packaging, and the product in question.
- Issues must be reported within 24–36 hours of delivery.
- Refund and return timeline is 3-5 days.
- Approved cases will be eligible for either:
- Replacement of the product (same size, color, design)
- Refund (to the original payment method or as store credit)
Not Eligible For Refunds / Returns:
- Wrong size ordered by customer (please check size guide carefully).
- Change of mind after placing the order.
- No unboxing video or incomplete proof of damage.
How to Claim:
- Email us at info@yakuzathreads.com with:
- Your order ID
- The unboxing video file/link
- A short description of the issue
- Our team will review the claim within 48 hours and update you with the resolution.
